Presented by FluoroFinder

In this webinar from Sony, we will review the workflows to highlight the ease of operating the ID7000™ spectral cell analyzer to obtain high-parameter, high-quality data. We will step through the key software workflows, including newly added features, from instrument startup, to data acquisition and analysis, to automated shutdown. The focus is to automate processes such as spectral unmixing and autofluorescence subtraction, so that the results are objective and reproducible. We will show you how the ID7000 software focuses on usability and therefore allows anyone in your laboratory to use the instrument effectively on a day-to-day basis.

After attending this session, you will become familiar with the ID7000 software and hardware. You will also gain an understanding of the advantages that Sony’s spectral technology brings, to help you realize your multicolor experiment goals in a much shorter time than you expect.

Learning objectives:

  • Learn about ID7000 system operation including startup, experiment creation, acquisition, analysis, and shutdown
  • Review the use of multiple tools for handling spectral cytometry data
  • Get a deeper understanding of the capabilities of the advanced AutoSampler, which makes working with precious samples more efficient

Who should attend

This webinar will provide insights for researchers who want to get to know the software and hardware of the new ID7000 spectral cell analyzer and familiarize themselves with the workflow from startup to shutdown.

Vendula has been using flow cytometry for over 10 years in various roles and environments. She started as a flow cytometer operator in an academic laboratory, supporting students and staff with their flow cytometry experiments, while using the technology for immunology research. Later, Vendula moved to the commercial sector as a Product Specialist, concentrating on flow cytometry data analysis. Subsequently, she joined the Sony Europe team over three years ago as a Field Application Scientist and provides support to users in Northern Europe for Sony spectral analyzers and cell sorters.
