Limited Use Label License

The purchase of this product conveys to the buyer the non-transferable right to use the purchased amount of the product and components of the product in research conducted by the buyer (whether the buyer is an academic or for-profit entity). The buyer cannot sell or otherwise transfer

1. this product
2. its components or
3. materials made using this product or its components

to a third party or otherwise use this product or its components or materials made using this product or its components for commercial purposes.

The buyer is strictly prohibited from using, studying or analyzing a product or a portion thereof to learn the respective design, construction, composition, operation or to reverse engineer, produce a copy or a modified version or a functionally similar product or a portion thereof.

The buyer may transfer information or materials made through the use of this product to a scientific collaborator, provided that such transfer is not for any Commercial Purpose, and that such collaborator agrees in writing

4. not to transfer such materials to any third party and
5. to use such transferred materials and/or information solely for research and not for Commercial Purposes.

Commercial Purposes means any activity by a party for consideration and may include, but is not limited to:

6. use of the product or its components in manufacturing
7. use of the products or its components in reverse engineering functionally similar materials
8. use of the product or its components to provide a service, information, or data
9. use of the product or its components for therapeutic, diagnostic or prophylactic purposes; or
10. resale of the product or its components, whether or not such product or its components are resold for use in research

If the purchaser is not willing to accept the limitations of this limited use statement, Sony Biotechnology Inc. requires immediate return of the product with a full refund.

This product is subject to proprietary rights of Becton, Dickinson and Company and its affiliates. The purchase of this product conveys to the buyer a non-transferable right to use the purchased product for research purposes only. This product may not be resold or incorporated in any manner into another product for resale. Any use for therapeutics or diagnostics is strictly prohibited. This product is covered by U.S. patent(s), pending patent applications and/or foreign equivalents.

Pacific Blue™ & Alexa Fluor® Conjugates Specific Limited Use License for Primary Conjugates sold in the Research Field

This product is provided under an intellectual property license from Life Technologies Corporation. The transfer of this product is conditioned on the buyer using the purchased product solely in research conducted by the buyer, and the buyer must not sell or otherwise transfer this product or its components for (a) diagnostic, therapeutic or prophylactic purposes; (b) testing, analysis or screening services, or information in return for compensation on a per-test basis; (c) manufacturing or quality assurance or quality control, or (d) resale, whether or not resold for use in research.
