For quotation on an instrument please contact your sales representative, or use the request a quote form. Your sales representative will review specific configuration requirements with you and will describe what to expect once your instrument is ordered.
Contract Pricing for Consumables
If you establish a customer account with us, your sales representative will review your consumable purchases to see if you are eligible for contract pricing. Contract pricing will apply to all your consumable orders including orders placed online.
Please contact customer service to get the forms needed to establish a credit relationship with us.
Be sure your purchase order includes the information below:
- Institution/ company name
- Contact telephone number
- Shipping address Billing address
- Contact name
- Contact email address
- PO number
- Catalog number
- Description of each item
- Quantity of each item
- Discount or promotional code (if any)
- Tax exempt certificate (if applicable)
Be sure to include any special instructions, if needed (such as inside delivery)
Orders for consumables must be placed by 1:00pm PST, Monday through Thursday for overnight delivery. Reagent orders placed by 11:00 PST can be shipped by two day delivery. Bulk shipments are sent via FedEx ground.

All orders are shipped FOB. Shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.
When You Receive your Shipment
Reagents are stable when shipped at ambient temperature. However, upon delivery, products should be stored in accordance with the conditions indicated on the product information sheets that accompany the product.
