High Sensitivity Fluorescence™

The 2000 Nobel Prize in Chemistry was awarded for the invention of a unique class of conducting polymer materials, the foundation of Sirigen’s High Sensitivity Fluorescence (HSF™) technology.

These specifically tailored polymers serve as “molecular antennae,? collecting large amounts of light energy.  When conjugated to antibodies, this high energy transfer results in high intensity brightness on labeled cells.

This high energy can also be transferred to additional fluorochromes structurally attached to BV421™, creating fluorochromes with exceptionally bright emission in other areas of the spectrum.
